- Payment information: Processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

- PCI compliance through our payment processor — we do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems. Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider.

6. Data Retention
We retain personal and financial information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. In general:
- Tax and accounting records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with IRS and CRA requirements.
- Payroll records are retained per applicable federal and state/provincial requirements.
- Inquiry records from non-clients are retained for up to three (3) years unless you request earlier deletion.
After the retention period, we securely delete or anonymize records.
